Mr. Liu founded K. Liu & Company LLC in 2019. He was previously a Senior Analyst at B. Riley FBR from 2007 to 2018, covering small- and mid-cap companies in the enterprise software and business services sectors. Mr. Liu earned a B.S. in Mathematics/Economics with a Specialization in Computing from the University of California, Los Angeles. He is also a CFA charterholder.
